
Head of People & Culture (part-time position)
Impero A/S is scaling fast as a B2B SaaS company. We are headquartered in Copenhagen with offices in Aarhus and Hamburg and remote workers in both France and Germany. We provide an easy-to-use compliance management platform for larger organizations, including some of the world's most recognized brands. In essence, we are here to increase trust and transparency.
To support our scaling, we’re looking for a part-time Head of People & Culture to strengthen our organization for the next stage of growth. You’ll own the People agenda - culture, talent, and the annual HR cycle - while acting as a trusted partner to the leadership team.
Your mandate: build the operating rhythm, clarity, and cohesion that lets our teams move as one.

As we scale across teams and locations, we need a People & Culture leader who can unify the organization, sharpen internal communication, and ensure every new colleague ramps fast and thrives.

Grounded in our current priorities, the main responsibilities are culture building, streamlined hiring & onboarding, and a robust annual HR cycle with clear communication and transparency.
Key Responsibilities
Culture & communication
- Support the organization to “act as one” and help break down department silos
- Unify employees across locations and keep internal communication timely and well-balanced
- Run regular check-ins to sense employee happiness and act on insights
Talent acquisition, onboarding & offboarding
- Build a streamlined, high signal recruitment process that scales with quality
- Standardize onboarding/offboarding so every transition is smooth and compliant
- Oversee employment contracts and related documentation
Annual HR cycle
- Lead employee surveys and turn findings into action plans
- Drive development talks and growth frameworks with managers
- Coordinate salary adjustments with data, fairness, and transparency
- Drive company off sites and other cross company events
Leadership partnership
- Join management meetings/syncs as a core sparring partner
- Act as an internal facilitator for change communications - ensuring timing, balance, and clarity to avoid confusion and uncertainty
What you’ll bring
- Proven People/HR leadership experience in a scaling tech/SaaS environment
- Strength in organizational design, manager enablement, and change management including change communication
- Hands-on expertise across the employee lifecycle (TA → onboarding → development → total rewards)
- Comfort pairing qualitative culture signals with quantitative metrics (time to fill, ramp time, engagement, retention)
- Ability to work fluently in English and partner effectively across locations
Location: This role is based in our Copenhagen office and expected to be a part-time role two to three days a week with the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate over time.
We offer a fun and open workplace with colleagues from close to 20 nationalities in central Copenhagen. Some travel to other offices must be expected.
