About the job

Impero is looking for a hands-on, builder-minded Product Manager (AI) to join a small, focused product team working closely with AI and developers.

As a key member, you’ll report directly to the Head of Product and work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers to define, build and iterate on AI-powered features at speed. This is not a process-heavy role; it is a building role. You are comfortable getting into the details, writing sharp specs, prototyping and course-correcting quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Feature Development: Own the definition and iteration of AI-powered features, working directly with engineers to specify, test and refine LLM-based capabilities in the product.
• Product Discovery and Roadmap: Contribute to maintaining a focused product roadmap that balances customer value, business objectives and the opportunities that AI unlocks.
• Close Developer Collaboration: Work directly with the engineering team on a day-to-day basis, removing ambiguity, making fast decisions and keeping delivery on track.
• Feature Definition and Prioritization: Define sharp, actionable requirements based on customer feedback, market signals and emerging AI capabilities. Cut scope ruthlessly to ship value fast.
• Product Strategy: Contribute to product strategy alongside the Head of Product, with a specific focus on where AI can create competitive advantage in compliance and risk management.

‍Qualifications:

• AI Track Record: You have shipped AI-powered features and can speak concretely about the decisions you made, the tools or models you worked with and what you learned.You use AI actively in your daily workflow.
• Product Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Builder Mindset: You prefer doing over coordinating. You own features end to end, from discovery through delivery, and you use AI to validate and test ideas with customers and stakeholders faster than traditional processes allow.
• Technical Fluency: You are comfortable working in detail with developers. You don’t need to write code, but you are a critical part of removing complexity for developers while building features together.
• Passion for Customer Value: You care about solving real problems for real users and can translate complex compliance challenges into simple, intuitive product experiences.
