About the job

Impero is in search of a proactive, dynamic, pragmatic and motivated Product Manager to enrich our team with expertise and best practices.  

As a key member, you'll report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Your contributions will be essential in ensuring our platform's continuous evolution and its retention of industry-leading status. Collaboration with all levels of the organization will be paramount, engaging stakeholders throughout the product management lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Discovery and Roadmap Management: Develop and contribute to a clear and prioritized product roadmap, balancing business objectives, customer feedback, and technical considerations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure cohesive execution of the product vision and strategy.
  • Feature Definition and Prioritization: Define product features and requirements based on stakeholder input, market analysis, and customer feedback. Prioritize features to maximize value delivery.
  • Project Oversight: Manage the end-to-end execution of the product roadmap, working closely with design and engineering, overseeing project timelines, resource allocation, and resolution of potential obstacles.
  • Product Launch Coordination: Lead product launch efforts, coordinating marketing initiatives, sales enablement activities, and customer communication strategies.
  • Product Strategy Development: Participate in crafting and executing product strategies in alignment with organizational objectives, market trends, and customer needs.
Qualifications:
  • Product Experience: 3+ years of end-to-end product ownership in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with enterprise customers.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading product work and product teams, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Passion for Customer Value: Strong ability to translate customer insights into actionable product decisions.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with product analytics and data-informed decision making.
