Who are we looking for?

As Impero continues to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Solutions Manager to join our Commercial Team. This role is pivotal in supporting our Sales Executives from a pre-sales perspective, leveraging subject matter expertise in financial compliance, tax compliance, and risk and controls to help grow our new and current customers.

As a Compliance Solutions Manager at Impero, you will play a key role in driving sales success by providing expert domain knowledge, engaging with prospects and customers, and delivering tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of our platform. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and drive company growth.

Impero is a rapidly growing SaaS company listed on Nasdaq First North, specializing in financial and tax compliance. Our platform helps simplify financial and tax teams document risks, set up corresponding internal controls, and report on control status. We serve 18% of companies on the German DAX 40, and 32% of the Danish OMX C25 index, including Volkswagen, Bauhaus and Novo Holdings.

What would be your key responsibilities?

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the discovery process, conduct product demonstrations, and identify key areas where Impero’s platform aligns with customer and prospect needs.  
  • Offer domain knowledge and specific technical subject matter expertise to support the sales and marketing function.
  • Provide pre-sales support by engaging customers, prospects, and partners via virtual and onsite meetings.
  • Strong understanding of Financial and Tax compliance, including industries, departments, and use cases where Impero can have a significant impact.
  • Conduct process assessments with customers and build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate requirements.
  • Ensure customer success by collaborating with implementation partners and Impero’s onboarding team for a seamless onboarding experience and long-term satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing on webinars, as well as be a sparring partner on developing relevant content  
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Onboarding, and Customer Success to achieve team and company goals.

Your essential skills and experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 5 years as an internal or external Auditor.
  • Consultant level or above at a leading accounting firm.
  • Ability to develop and maintain customer-first relationships.
  • Experience in developing and rolling out control frameworks.
  • Hands-on technical experience with SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and architectures (preferred).
  • Self-motivated with a strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in both German and English (mandatory).

Location

Copenhagen, Denmark or Hamburg, Germany (On-site with flexible working arrangements).
