Marketing Student Assistant – DACH Region (12–15 hours weekly, Copenhagen)

We are looking for a curious, ambitious, and AI-savvy Marketing Student Assistant to join our office in central Copenhagen. The role is ideal for a student within Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, who is eager to gain hands-on experience in B2B SaaS marketing and help shape how modern AI-driven marketing workflows are implemented in practice. You will become part of Impero’s Marketing Team and work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success — especially our commercial team in Hamburg — while helping us strengthen our presence in the DACH market.

Your responsibilities

As our Marketing Student Assistant, you will support a broad range of marketing and go-to-market activities across the DACH region. The position offers a unique opportunity to work with a broad range of marketing disciplines including content, product marketing, events, webinars, partner marketing, and AI-supported marketing operations in an international fast-scaling SaaS company.

We are especially looking for someone who is genuinely curious about AI and modern marketing technology. You should enjoy experimenting with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other emerging platforms to improve workflows, content production, localization, research, and campaign execution — while also helping us identify where AI can create meaningful value in our day-to-day marketing activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving and supporting marketing activities across content, webinars, events, partner marketing, review sites, and campaigns targeted at German-speaking audiences
  • Adapting and publishing customer stories, product marketing content, and campaign materials in German across LinkedIn and other relevant channels to strengthen brand visibility
  • Supporting our Sales and Customer Success teams in Hamburg with localized go-to-market activities and sales enablement materials
  • Contributing to product marketing initiatives by localizing product launches, feature announcements, and positioning content for the DACH market 
  • Coordinating customer-centric events, webinars, and industry engagements from planning to execution
  • Monitoring market trends and helping identify creative ways to engage our ideal customer profile in the DACH region
  • Collaborating with partners on joint marketing activities and ensuring campaigns are executed with clear goals and measurable outcomes
  • Exploring and implementing AI-supported ways of working across marketing workflows, including research, localization, campaign planning, content production, and internal knowledge sharing
  • Supporting selected global marketing initiatives such as newsletters and cross-market campaigns, giving you exposure beyond the DACH region

Who you are

We imagine that you:

  • Are currently studying Marketing, Communications, Branding, Business, or a related field, with at least two years left of your studies
  • Are a native German speaker and fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Curious about how AI and excited about using tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to work smarter and more creatively
  • Have an interest in B2B marketing, SaaS, and enterprise software
  • Enjoy creating content and communicating complex topics in a clear and engaging way
  • Are structured, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Have strong collaboration skills and enjoy working across teams and with external stakeholders
  • Have experience with or interest in marketing tools such as CMS platforms, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, SEO, or webinar/event tools
  • Bring a positive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
