What is the Entities module?
Yes, you can create and design reports based on your organization’s preferred filtering. This makes it easy to view specific information for the same data set across different time periods. The Entity Management module is a new addition to the Impero platform that makes it possible to structure user access to risk & controls on an entity-level.
How is it different from using tags for entities?
The main difference between using the existing tag management setup vs. the Entities module is that the new module provides more granular user access options. This means that admins can limit access for users to risk and controls from their assigned entities.
How many entities can I set up?
Whether you are managing 10, 50 or 500+ entities, the Entities module is ready to scale with your organization. However, do reach out to your Customer Success Manager for more details on how this aligns with your contract.
Is the Entities module connected to both risks and controls?
Yes, the Entities module is connected to both the Risk and Control module in the Impero platform. This means that risks can be documented per entity, and that control programs and controls can be created on a group or local level.
How do I enable the Entities module?
The availability of the Entities module is dependent on your contract.
